Greetings, Parent Leaders, Principals, and School Staff,

We hope this email finds you safe and well. The Family and Community Engagement Department (FACE) supports our parent groups by assisting with the legalization process to become a nonprofit organization parent group. To keep parent leaders up to date with current district events, opportunities, and resources; we need to ensure our database is continuously accurate and updated.

Please complete the Parent Organization Information survey with your current schools’ parent organization information. In order to complete this survey you will need the names and email addresses of your elected officers. The survey should take 10 minutes to complete. If you do not have any elected officers during this time, we still ask that you complete the survey so we note that information in our system. If you no longer are an elected official, we ask that you forward it to the appropriate party(ies).  

Also note, if you receive this survey more than once it is because your name was listed on more than one group in our database.
