The vision plan offers in-network and out-of-network care. That means you can use any vision care provider you want and receive benefits. Your cost is lower when you use in-network providers. If you choose to receive treatment or services from providers outside the network, your share of the cost is higher and you’re responsible for expenses that exceed the schedule of benefits.
