What do I do if I have not received my paycheck?
If you have not received your paycheck by the Friday after payday, a stop payment request may be signed at Customer Service located at 4400 W. 18th Street. This request may be made no earlier than that Friday afternoon following payday. A replacement check will be issued approximately two business days after the request has been submitted. Customer Service's business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
