5th Grade Parent Tour
5th grade parents, we are planning a tour for you. We want to show you how great our middle school is. The tour will be in November. Stay tuned.
Report Card Went Home (ancillary delayed)
Report cards went home on Friday. Our prek and kinder ancillary grades are delayed, due to technical reasons. We will send home those grades later this week.
Chinese Speech Contest Application
We are still recruiting students to compete in this Chinese speech contest. If your child is interested, please reach out to their Chinese teacher for more information.
Our Grandparent Day was a huge success. We heard lots and lots of positive comments. Thank you for participating. Judging by its widespread popularity, we are already planning for more family lunch in the near future.
Our student council took the time and made plan for Red Ribbon Week. I’m moved by their initiative and effort and decided to extend Red Ribbon Week by two additional days. All students may wear team shirt to “Team up against drugs” on Tuesday, 10/29/19 and wear neon shirt because we are “Too bright for drugs” on Wednesday, 10/30/19. Please note that elementary school students may dress as their favorite character on Thursday, 10/31/19 for character parade.
Cambry has advanced to top 15 in the Chinese Bridge Competition! Please continue to support her by voting.
This is important. We had an intruder drill last Friday, 10/25/19, and one of our growth areas is that our parent volunteers did not participate in the drill. Parent volunteers, we love you and please be advised that in the future it is mandatory to participate in school drills. We will come up with a plan to teach volunteers what to do in the event of a drill.
