Student Schedules

Please review your student schedule through PSConnect and complete the change request at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/17auTZPBm9aEoTmlZIOdURDailo_2thWPQE2lOLD-je8/edit. Students will be provided with a paper copy on Monday and should follow the printed schedule.  Change request forms will be available on Tuesday from the Neighborhood Clerks and can be submitted to the Academic Deans for consideration. Change requests will be available through Thursday, August 26, 2021.

School Supplies

All students should report to school with a pen, pencil and notebook for the first day of school. 

 

First Day Forms

Students will receive first-day packets on Monday. Each envelope has a label with instructions for the documents enclosed.  Please complete the documents and return to the Neighborhood on Tuesday, August 24th.  

 

Student Laptop Pickup

If a student was unable to attend freshmen orientation or is new student to Lamar they can schedule a time this week to pick up their laptop or they can wait until the first week of school. Below is the link to pick up the laptop. At the time of pick up students must have 2 forms signed by a guardian and a copy of their receipt from school pay. IT will be handing out laptops in the Grand hall Tuesday through Friday of this week  by appointment only.

*** No personal laptops are allowed on campus. The student must have the HISD device.***

 

Food Services at Lamar

Breakfast and lunch are provided free to all students, however there are a la cart items for sale each day during the lunch period.  Students who wish to purchase items may do so with a school café account.  Parents can load money in advance to this account.  You may establish an account or add money to an existing account at https://www.schoolcafe.com/HOUSTONISD

 

Drinking Water

Students are encouraged to bring a reusable water bottle for school.  Drinking fountains will not be available, but bottle refill stations will be available in all neighborhoods.  We will not provide disposable water bottles this year.
