Spring Final Exam Exemptions

Currently the District’s Guidelines allow us to exempt a student from one or more final exams if the following conditions are met:

• No more than 3 absences in any class; and
• Grade of 85% or better in the class you wish to be exempt from; and
• S or E in conduct with no discipline referrals

Seniors – Eligible to be exempt from all final exams

Juniors and Sophomores – Eligible to be exempt from up to two final exams

Freshman – Eligible to be exempt for one class final exam

**Critical Note** We are requesting a modification to the guidelines allowing us to modify the attendance requirements for final exam exemption.  We have not yet received that guidance.  Stand by for more information.
