More access to health care in 2023 – Annual Enrollment will be here before you know it, and we have exciting news to share with you. We have added more ways to access health care that should be cost-effective for employees. We have increased services employees can use to access care and get the treatment or health care they need. Included in the benefits for 2023 are use of the CVS Health Hubs conveniently located in your neighborhood. Better Help is a chat service you may use to access mental health services and resources brought to you by ComPsych. Also, under the current Employee Assistance Program, you can access GuidanceConnect, which is the digital platform to schedule appointments (in addition to calling ComPsych at 1-833-812-5181). Over the next several weeks, we will be sending you information about these enhancements to your health plan and providing additional information on how to access and use these benefits. Kelsey-Seybold Select Plan – For 2023, the Kelsey-Seybold Select Plan threshold has increased to $31,000. This will allow members to remain in this plan even with salary increases, as well as provide a higher threshold for new members who may be able to take advantage of the $5.00 per month plan for employee-only coverage. Members only have access to Kelsey-Seybold clinics, but they have expanded locations to better serve participants.
2023 Annual Enrollment Dates – Annual Enrollment dates have been set. Your annual enrollment period for 2023 is Nov. 1 – Nov. 18, 2022. Start thinking now about your benefits and review what you have currently so you will be ready when the time comes to make any necessary changes.
Benefits Service Center Changes – We are moving our Benefits Service Center from ADP Services to Empyrean Benefits Solutions effective with annual enrollment. It should be a seamless transition, and the Benefits Service Center contact number remains 1-877-780-4473. The hours will also remain the same: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Central Time.
Review Your Beneficiaries – To prepare for Annual Enrollment, please make sure you have the right beneficiaries on file for your life insurance. You can change your beneficiaries at any time, so if you need to make a change, call the Benefits Service Center or visit this page on the Benefits website for more information.
