    For Aetna claims beginning in 2020 If you have any questions regarding Aetna medical claims, procedures, network providers or to request medical ID cards, please call Aetna at 1-877-224-6857 or go online at www.Aetna.com. Get the Aetna HealthSM app by texting “AETNA” to 90156 for a link to download the app (message and data rates apply).
