I am delighted to be starting my fifth year at Park Place Elementary. This year, I will serve as a Teacher Specialist supporting Pre-K & Kinder, Sheltered Instruction, and the Intervention Assistance Team. My career with the district began at J.R. Harris Elementary, and since then, the East End has held a special place in my heart. This will be my 9th year as an educator in the community. I completed my undergraduate education at the University of Georgia and received my Master of Science in Education with a specialization in Elementary Instruction from the University of Johns Hopkins. I believe wholeheartedly that education is transformative and that all our students will receive a high-quality education that will be key to opening doors for them.
