As the principal of Pershing Middle School, I am thrilled to welcome you to our school community. At Pershing, we are dedicated to fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment where every student can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Our talented staff, engaged students, and supportive families all work together to create a vibrant learning community that prepares our students for future success.

To better connect with you and address any questions or concerns you may have, I've created a special "Letters from Dr. Goldman" survey. Parent and Family Engagement Survey

Pershing Middle School is a Title I school, and as the parent/guardian of a child attending a Title I school you are an important part of the Title I team. Your input is vital in the planning and implementation of the parent involvement program and activities in our school. The following survey will be used to assist us with future planning for parental involvement activities and events at Pershing Middle School. Register My Athlete

Sports physicals for the 2024-25 school year will be held on Thursday, August 15th in the big gym from 3:30-5:00. Physicals are good for all sports, all school year long. A copy of the sports physical can be downloaded from the Pershing website under forms and documents, the athletic page, or from the HISD athletic departments website. It needs to be the latest copy of the physical form, dated 2024 in the upper right corner. Forms are also available for pickup in the front office. The cost of the physical is $25.00, cash only. A link has been provided, detailing how to complete the online registration form. If anyone has any questions, please email Coach Burgan at dburgan@houstonisd.org
