Mission Statement: The mission of Alcott Elementary is to provide a comprehensive guidance program that will assist and advocate for the personal, social, academic, and career development of all students.

Vision Statement: The vision for the school counseling program at Alcott Elementary School is to promote mindsets and behaviors that help students acquire the knowledge and skills to effectively enhance student development in order to be productive community leaders, lifelong learners, and productive citizens.

Program Benefits:  The Alcott Elementary School counseling and guidance program has a positive impact on students, parents/guardians, teachers, administrators, communities, postsecondary institutions, and student service personnel.
