OBTAINING YOUR TRANSCRIPT

2019 and After SHS Graduates & Former Students

Sharpstown High School has your records on-site. To request your transcript, please complete the SHS Transcript Request Form and follow the directions at the bottom of the form. 

All transcripts will be mailed. No transcripts will be emailed.  

SHS Graduates & Former Students Prior to 2019

All records requests for records older than five years must be requested via the Houston ISD Records Requests website at https://houstonisdtx.scriborder.com/. No requests for these records will be handled at the school level.
