    Holley Mays is the new principal for Neff Early Learning Center. Over the past 8 years she has served as a teacher, Teacher Specialist, and recently Assistant Principal of Neff Elementary, grades 2-5.  

    She has been a participant in various leadership training opportunities within the district, including the Assistant Principal Candidate Development Opportunity, West Area Emergent Leader Cohort, and Principal Candidate Development Opportunity. She was named “Assistant Principal of the Year” for West Area Elementary Schools for the 2020-2021 school year. 

    Mays attended the University of Houston for her undergraduate degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and Grand Canyon University with a master’s in Education Administration.

We build strong academic foundations while broadening students’ horizons through exposure to the fine arts and developing social and emotional skills. We ignite a passion for learning in each of our students so that Neff Early Learning Center becomes the first step in a lifetime of learning and growing.

  • Shirt/camisa-- Solid/solido- red/rojo, white/blanco, any shade of blue/cualquier tono de azul

    Pants/pantalón-- Navy or khaki/azul marino o caqui

     

    Closed-toed shoes must be worn at all times.
