Dear Neff ECC Community,

It is with great enthusiasm that I introduce myself as the new principal of Neff Early Childhood Center. My name is Dewunna Aitch, and I am honored to lead a school with such a strong tradition of excellence and a deep commitment to the success and well-being of our youngest learners.

Having previously served the Neff ECC community, I am excited to return to this vibrant and welcoming environment. My journey in education began as a middle school science teacher, and over the years, I have had the privilege of serving in various leadership roles, including teacher specialist and interim principal. Each of these experiences has deepened my passion for early childhood education and reinforced my belief in the importance of creating a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all students.

At Neff ECC, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Our dedicated team of educators works tirelessly to provide high-quality instruction and to foster a love of learning in each and every student. As principal, my primary goal is to support our teachers, students, and families in this mission, ensuring that we continue to build on our successes and address any challenges with creativity and collaboration.

I am committed to maintaining open lines of communication with parents and community members.
