REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRATION
-Birth Certificate or Passport
-Social Security card (if available)
-Proof of Residence (Apartment Lease or utility bills)
-Vaccination Information
-Driver's License or I.D. of parent
- Copy of last report card
-Proof of Income (current check stub) needed only for Pre-K program.

REQUISITOS PARA MATRICULAR
-Certificado de Nacimiento o pasaporte
-Seguro Social (si está disponible)
-Contrato del apartamento, recibo de energía eléctrica o agua
-Tarjeta de Vacunas
-Licencia de Manejar u otra forma de identificación de los padres
-Copia del último reporte de calificaciones
-Comprobante de Ingresos (el talón del cheque más reciente) necesario solamente para el programa de Pre-K.
