Foerster Family

 

I’m Trevor Williams, the proud principal of Foerster Elementary School for the 2024-2025 school year. I’m thrilled about the journey that lies ahead and all the incredible work our students will accomplish this year.

 

I bring experience from both middle and high school, and most recently, I served as a Principal Apprentice in the North Division of HISD. Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to support campuses in school transformation, and I’m deeply passionate about ensuring that all students have access to choices and opportunities that will shape their futures.

 

At Foerster, we are committed to delivering high-quality instruction that challenges and inspires every student, recognizing that excellence in education is the foundation for lifelong success. Equity in education is not just a goal but a driving force in our work; we strive to create a learning environment where every child, regardless of background, has the support and resources they need to thrive.

 

Too often, adult behaviors impact our kids, limiting their ability to see the world from their own perspectives. It’s my goal to ensure that the communities I serve are supported by the best school staff in the state of Texas, fostering an environment where every child can reach their fullest potential.

 

I am a proud graduate of Leadership ISD, where I worked to empower communities and school leaders to create a more equitable education system that effectively serves all children.
