General Music:
Music class is very active class where students are learning how to read and write music. We use American Folk Songs and folk songs from around the world to accomplish this task. Each grade level learns at least two new pitches and two new rhythms each year. In addition to reading and writing music, the students are learning how to work and as team to perform music using rhythm and ORFF instruments. Finally, they are also learning dances, play parties, and games from our culture as well as cultures around the world.Classroom Rules:
