    Each month the Shared Decision Making Committee (SDMC) meets to discuss decisions related to areas specified by the Texas Education Code: The areas include:
     
    1. Implementing all pertinent campus-level planning processes
    2. Developing recommendations for the school budget
    3. Submitting recommendations for the school curriculum
    4. Recommending changes in the school's staffing patterns
    5. Developing and approving the campus staff development plans
