    The purpose of the PTO is to encourage parents to assist with various school activities/functions/services, provide financial assistance where needs are identified within the school, foster a community atmosphere, and support the mission and vision of the school and school district.

    Over the past 3 years, the GVE PTO has been instrumental in donating $5,000 for the installation of new carpet and bookshelves in the school library.  In the Summer of 2018, they donated 50 Amazon Fires for use in our PK- 2nd grade classrooms.  They have also committed to adding 10 Amazon Fires to our campus each year until we reach our goal of every student having a device for use during the school day (1:1).  Our PTO cheerfully coordinates the following events throughout the school year:

    • GVE T-Shirts and Sweatshirts

    • Kona Ice Fridays

    • Grandparents Day Pictures

    • Valentine's Family Dance

    • Go Texan Day Pictures

    • Snack Packs

    • Perfect Attendance Celebration Treats

    • and Many More!!!

    All proceeds directly benefit our students and teachers.
