Registration 

Pre-Kindergarten - 5th Grade Requirements  

• Pre-Kindergarten students must be 4 on or before September 1, 2018
• Kindergarten students must be 5 on or before September 1, 2018.
• Beginning April 2, 2018, registration packets for zoned applicants will be available online or in our office.
• Mrs. Arellano will contact Pre-K families beginning in August to schedule appointments to finalize Pre-K registration.
• Non-zoned applicants can submit a transfer application to our office beginning April 2, 2018.  A meeting with the school principal to review current report card, conduct, test scores, and reason for transfer request is required for each transfer application.

The following items are needed for registration:

1. Current Utility Bill (Light, Water, Gas)
2. Original birth certificate or card
3. Original Social Security Card
4. Shot Record
5. Copy of both parent's Driver's License/ID
6. Final report card or transcript from last school
7. Withdrawal sheet from previous school establishing clear record if enrolled during school year.
8. Guardianship papers if the student is residing with someone other than the parent.
9. Transfer (If not in Briscoe School Zone)
10. Registration done by appointment only.
