I am Tonya Watts, the Title 1 Coordinator for Elrod Elementary School. I have been in HISD for 18 years. I recieved my Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies as well as my Masters in Educational Administration from Texas Southern University. I hold the following certifications: Principal (Grades EC-12) Reading (Grades 1-8) English as a Second Language(ESL) and  Self-Contained (Grades 1-8). I look forward to a great year.
