    Love Elementary is a Neighborhood Vanguard School located at 1120 W. 13th Street in the Houston Heights. Love's dedicated teachers, parents and principal work hard to provide specialized enrichment programs for students through outside grants, community partnerships and volunteer programs.

    Over one third of the students attending Love are not zoned to the school, but choose it for the engaging, vibrant and successful educational environment Love has to offer.

    20% of the students at Love Elementary are currently in the HISD Neighborhood Vanguard Gifted/Talented program.

    An HISD board member observed that Love "may not be a 'magnet' school, but it is definitely magnetic"!
