• REGISTRATION/ WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURES AFTER THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL

    REGISTRATION

    Dear Parents, Registration times are:

     

    Middle School Registration Hours:  Monday, Wednesday and Thursday beginning at 8:45 a.m. Parents must be on time.

     

    High School Registration Hours: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday beginning at 1:15 p.m. Parents must be on time.

     

    To make your and your child’s experience at the DAEP as successful as possible, we have a full registration program.  Please anticipate to spend 1 hour with us for 1) registration, 2) transportation assignment, 3) clearance from the nurse and 4) orientation. 

     

    Please bring the following documents with you:

    1) Birth Certificate,

    2) Proof of Identity of Parent/Guardian,

    3) Proof of Residence, and

    4) SS Card (if applicable).

     

    Bring all withdraw documents provided to you by the home school:

    1) Withdrawal papers with current grades,

    2) most recent report card and

    3) Personal Graduation Plan (PGP) for high school only.

    WITHDRAWALS

    Withdraws are Monday through Friday from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm and are arranged by the Bridge-Out specialist for students transitioning back to an HISD campus. (Bridge-Out Specialists are: Ms. Jaimes, Ms. Johns and Ms. Robins.)

    Please bring your Proof of Identity (e.g., driver’s license).
