• PE:  Students should do their exercises daily, just like with Coach Scott!  (Pk-5)

    10 arm circles backwards, then 10 arm circles forward
    10 toe touches with feet together
    10 toe touches left over right
    10 toe touches right over left
    10 touches down in the middle

    For 3rd-5th grade students, add 15 push-ups and 15 sit ups

    If you have a backyard, you can run some laps outside everyday around the backyard.
