Parents,

Please pay close attention to the attached information and the information below.  This information can also be found on the school website. 

ARRIVAL

School hours are from 7:30 AM-3:00 PM.  Students may begin coming to school no earlier than 7:15 AM. Please wait patiently, as your child enters the school, to ensure they pass the safety screening temperature check.  Once students enter, they will report to their assigned location. 

DISMISSAL

Staggered dismissal will begin at 2:45 and end at 3:00 PM.  All staff members will use GroupMe.  Teachers will receive a message from the dismissal staff indicating when it is time for your child to report outside.  It is important that you report to the proper location.  All cars must have their car tag placed in front of their window.  This will help staff members quickly identify who you are picking up.  So that dismissal runs smoothly, we are asking that all cars enter the dismissal areas from Patton Street and exit using the streets closer to North Main.  This will help the traffic flow smoothly.  Please make sure that you are on time picking up your child, each day.  The school does not currently have any after school programs that assist with after school childcare such as the YMCA. 

FACE-TO-FACE INSTRUCTION

Students who are attending school face-to-face will follow the daily schedule provided by their teacher, which includes restroom breaks, breathing breaks, recess, and enrichment.  All children have been added to the virtual enrichment class, but if your child is participating in face-to-face instruction, they do not have to complete the virtual enrichment classes on the HUB.

VIRTUAL INSTRUCTION

Students who are attending school virtually will follow the daily schedule provided by their teacher and the attached schedule for virtual enrichment.

When it is time for your child’s enrichment, go to their HUB virtual enrichment course and attend the course identified for that day.  On Friday, all virtual students will be able to participate in FREE CHOICE FRIDAY.  This means that they can attend whatever enrichment class they want.  All they will have to do is go to the class on the HUB and complete activities for the class they chose.

Despido

El despido escalonado comenzará a las 2:45 y terminará a las 3:00 PM.  Todos los miembros del personal usarán GroupMe.  Los maestros recibirán un mensaje del personal de despido indicando cuándo es el momento de que su hijo se presente fuera.  Es importante que se presente en la ubicación adecuada.  Todos los coches deben tener su etiqueta de coche colocada delante de su ventana.  Esto ayudará a los miembros del personal a identificar rápidamente a quién está recogiendo.  Así que el despido funciona sin problemas, estamos pidiendo que todos los automóviles entren en las áreas de despido de Patton Street y salgan usando las calles más cercanas al norte de la principal.  Esto ayudará a que el tráfico fluya sin problemas.  Por favor, asegúrese de que está a tiempo recogiendo a su hijo, todos los días.  La escuela no tiene actualmente ningún programa después de la escuela que ayude con el cuidado de niños después de la escuela, como la YMCA. 

INSTRUCCIÓN CARA A CARA

Los estudiantes que asisten a la escuela cara a cara seguirán el horario diario proporcionado por su maestro, que incluye descansos en el baño, descansos respiratorios, recreo y enriquecimiento.  Todos los niños se han agregado a la clase de enriquecimiento virtual, pero si su hijo está participando en la instrucción cara a cara, no tienen que completar las clases de enriquecimiento virtual en el HUB.

INSTRUCCIÓN VIRTUAL

Los estudiantes que asisten a la escuela prácticamente seguirán el horario diario proporcionado por su maestro y el horario adjunto para el enriquecimiento virtual.

Cuando llegue el momento del enriquecimiento de su hijo, vaya a su curso de enriquecimiento virtual hub y asista al curso identificado para ese día.  El viernes, todos los estudiantes virtuales podrán participar en FREE CHOICE FRIDAY.  Esto significa que pueden asistir a cualquier clase de enriquecimiento que deseen.  Todo lo que tendrán que hacer es ir a la clase en el HUB y completar actividades para la clase que eligieron.
