Hello, I'm Ms. Marshall, and I'm honored to be entering my fourth year as the School Counselor at Frost Elementary. Our school thrives with the rich diversity of our scholars, and it's a privilege to serve and support each of them. At Frost, my mission is multi-faceted: to foster academic achievement, provide emotional and mental support, ensure access and equity for every student, implement school counseling programs that tangibly improve student outcomes, and collaboratively cultivate a school culture where success is not just an aspiration but a reality for all.
