I am honored and privileged to continue to serve the Frost Elementary School community. I hold a bachelor’s degrees in English and Psychology, master’s in Public Administration with a specialization in Government and Policy, master’s in Education Administration, and a master’s in Technology Education. I am a proud husband, as well as a proud father to scholars in the Houston Independent School district, and I am honored to say that I am a product of Houston ISD. 
My goal is to continue to  foster strong relationships with the parents, students, and community members. The entire Frost Team will be intentional about grooming our students academically, socially, and emotionally to prepare them to compete in a rapidly changing world. We will push our scholars to become their best selves. As we embark on our journey this year, the district's strategic plan will be our road map to becoming one of the best schools in the district. There will be some important changes made to what we do daily in alignment with the strategic plan to ensure that we meet the social and emotional, and academic needs of the families that we serve. I encourage all stakeholders to review our campus 2022-2023 Family Handbook. Our handbook serves as our campus processess and procedures guide.

The mission of Robert L. Frost Elementary School is to meet the academic, social, and emotional needs of every student to prepare him or her for success in a rapidly changing world.

 Vision:
Upon elementary graduation, our scholars will be well-rounded, self-sufficient students who will be most prepared to meet the challenges of middle school and beyond.
