    Welcome back to another fantastic school year! I'm so excited to begin my fourth year here at Jean Hines Caldwell Elementary, and I must say it is the best place to be!

    My name is Perla Maldonado and  I received a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston- Main Campus. Teaching has been a dream of mine from a very young age and feel so happy to pass on my love for education.  I am currently attending the University of St. Thomas and finishing my Master's Degree in Dual Language Education. 

    This is going to be a fun and exciting year for both your child and myself!  I am looking forward to new beginnings and a great school year with my Jean Hines Caldwell family.

  • Why do we use it?

    It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'Content here, content here', making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for 'lorem ipsum' will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
