Greetings and thank you for showing interest in Burbank Elementary!

Burbank Elementary is a Vanguard neighborhood school that hosts a school-wide fine arts magnet program. All students in grades PK-5 participate in the fine arts magnet program. Magnet classes are 55 minutes during the school day, however we also offer after school magnet enrichment opportunities for the advanced performing groups. Students are expected to advance in skill development so they may join a fine arts performing group. Students perform and display their work in school-wide events throughout the year, and select performers participate in local area competitions and gain exposure and experience at a multitude of community events. At Burbank, we also integrate fine arts with other curricular content areas such as Science, Literacy, and Mathematics.
