Purpose of the Title I, Part A Program:
The purpose of Title I, Part A is to ensure that all children, particularly low-achieving children in the highest-poverty schools, have a fair, equal, and significant opportunity to obtain a high-quality education and reach, at a minimum, proficiency challenging state academic achievement standards and state academic assessments.

2023-2024 PARENT AND FAMILY INVOLVEMENT POLICY FOR Burbank Elementary School
If students are to be successful, their parents or guardians must be actively involved in their education. Burbank Elementary School developed this policy to describe how we involve parents in the development of policy and the School-Parent Compact; to help parents to help their children achieve in school; and to make sure parents with limited English proficiency or disabilities can participate in their children’s education.
