Greetings, 

In order to request an official or unofficial copy of your transcript, please access the attached Transcript Request Form. If you are not able to access the form you can pick one up from the main office. 

All transcripts are processed on a 72-hour turn around time, with a fee of $1.00. 

Available hours 8:30 am - 4:00 pm.

HISD alumni will no longer be required to come to the Hattie Mae White Administration building in person to request and receive transcripts or student records. Transcripts will no longer be issued in person under any circumstances.
