    HOSA, Future Health Professionals, is a pre-professional organization for students interested in pursuing careers in medicine. Did you know:

    • HOSA is an international organization. There are HOSA Delegations across the entire United States, and other countries, such as Canada, Mexico, and China!
    • BCM Biotech Academy at Rusk boasts the first EVER middle school chapter in the Greater Houston area!
    • HOSA is the largest student organization on campus.
    • BCM Biotech Academy at Rusk HOSA members complete community service projects focused on health sciences, collaborate with leading experts from the Texas Medical Center on a regular basis, and participate in a variety of local/state competitions and presentations.

  • Baylor College of Medicine Biotech Academy at Rusk recently had the opportunity to meet with members of the Black Men in White Coats organization with hopes of establishing another avenue of support for our students. Below is a recording of the first meeting, organized by our Baylor and STEM Specialist, Mrs. Deville.
