    Instruction

    o We need to ensure that we meet Domain I student achievement

    * Target increase the amount of scholars who perform at the Meets and Masters level

    * Strategies for achievement

    o Literacy (every teacher is a reading teacher)

    o Vocabulary development, structured peer conversations.

    o Data Interventions (there are no bubble students, every scholar must perform to ensure school success)

    o Increase the Rigor

    o Planning with a purpose

    o Use resources (master lessons, lead 4ward)

    o Showcase student work.

    o Have a clear plan and purpose for power hour.

    o Less teacher talk.

    Attendance

    o Attendance is at 96%. We need to improve our attendance.

    * Attendance incentives

    * Weekly Drawings for perfect attendance for each grade level. (Contact community partners for donation)

    Department Needs

    o ELA (authentic texts, diverse texts, sentence stems, academic vocabulary)

    o Math (Literacy-sentence stems, academic vocabulary, anchor charts, graphic organizers)

    o Science (Literacy-sentence stems, academic vocabulary, anchor charts, graphic organizers)

    o Social Studies (Literacy-sentence stems, academic vocabulary, anchor charts, graphic organizers)

    o Rigor with lesson delivery and student work

    o After School Clearance (Ice cream truck moved further away from campus)
