• Withdrawal Procedures

    Parent/Guardian Responsibility:

    • Phone in and email a short letter of request notifying Ashford ES that you are withdrawing or not returning for the 22-23 school year
    • In the email, provide a copy of your state identification
    • The student's last date of enrollment 
    • Next school or district (or state if relocating out of state) that the student is transferring to (this helps with proper coding to avoid delays between the sending & receiving school) 
    • The next (receiving) school needs to send over a "Records Request Form" signed by the parent/guardian (parents/guardians are welcome to pick up this form as well)

    There is a minimum of 24-48 hours for Ashford ES to finalize the turnaround of the request.
