After you apply, you will need to print the form and scan as a pdf document and email it to the G/T Coordinator, Keisha Robinson, at krobins8@houstonisd.org

You will receive an email verification once the request for evaluation has been received.

Testing window will be:

• November 29, 2021 – December 11, 2021 (Computer testing in person). Application required and must be received by November 11, 2021.
