Ms. Jefferies, Principal

I am delighted and honored to lead Ed White Elementary as your new principal. I am here to serve and lead with a deep commitment to fostering a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and collaboration. My goal is to create an environment where every student feels valued, supported, and empowered to achieve their dreams.

This marks my 4th year in HISD, and my 8^th year in public education with previous experience in Alief ISD and Fort Bend ISD. I began my educational journey as a teacher and continued as an Instructional Specialist, Resident Principal, and Principal Apprentice. 

By partnering with staff, students, and families, my vision is to elevate our school to new levels of success while honoring the rich diversity and unique strengths of our community. Through the power of a supportive team, cutting-edge educational practices, and a relentless focus on student well-being, we will build a learning environment that prepares all students for academic success. 

I am excited to work alongside each of you to inspire greatness in our students. Together, we will make Ed White Elementary a place where students and staff thrive. One goal, One Misson!

Conozca a la Sra. Jefferies, Directora de la Primaria Ed White

Estoy encantada y honrada de liderar la Primaria Ed White como su nueva directora. Estoy aquí para servir y liderar con un profundo compromiso de fomentar una cultura de innovación, inclusión y colaboración. Mi objetivo es crear un ambiente donde cada estudiante se sienta valorado, apoyado y empoderado para alcanzar sus sueños.

Este es mi cuarto año en HISD y mi octavo año en la educación pública, con experiencia previa en Alief ISD y Fort Bend ISD. Comencé mi trayectoria educativa como maestra y continué como Especialista en Instrucción, Directora Residente y Aprendiz de Directora.

Al asociarme con el personal, los estudiantes y las familias, mi visión es elevar nuestra escuela a nuevos niveles de éxito, honrando la rica diversidad y las fortalezas únicas de nuestra comunidad. A través del poder de un equipo de apoyo, prácticas educativas de vanguardia y un enfoque constante en el bienestar estudiantil, construiremos un entorno de aprendizaje que prepare a todos los estudiantes para el éxito académico.

Estoy emocionada de trabajar junto a cada uno de ustedes para inspirar la grandeza en nuestros estudiantes. Juntos, haremos de la Primaria Ed White un lugar donde los estudiantes y el personal prosperen. ¡Un objetivo, una misión!

Hello families! Here you will find some resources to help you navigate Digital Resources and  Learning. Students will still be able to access Digital Resources and the HUB from home, as they have been able to do all year. In addition to these platforms, the district is utilizing Microsoft Teams for online classroom instruction. Below you will find instructions for finding all of these resources.
