Mr. Alanis

Mr. Alanis graduated from the University of Houston obtaining a Bachelor’s of Music in education. He finished his studies from the Moore’s School of Music where he was part of the symphony orchestra for 6 years. Mr. Alanis also, graduated from The High School For The Performing And Visual Arts and has performed many wonderful concerts.

Furthermore, Mr. Alanis is currently the director of his own Mariachi group. He has been an active Mariachi performer for the past 10 years and has shared his passion for music with many students. Mr. Alanis is very excited to start working with Marshall Middle School and join the fine arts team department as the orchestra and mariachi teacher. My goal for this year is to continue achieving great standards with all students by providing opportunities, exposure and competitive education.
