This handbook is designed to familiarize parents and students with the policies, people, and programs at Windsor Village Vanguard Elementary School. It should be used as a guide to our school in conjunction with the HISD Student Code of Conduct, School Guidelines, and the policies of the Board of Education and the Texas Education Agency.
