        About Me:

Hello Fondren Family! It's Principal Jackson, and I'm super excited to return to Fondren MS for the 2024-2025    school year. For those new students and families joining our Mustang Family, welcome! I bring 21 years of experience in education having served as an ELA middle school teacher for 10 years, Instructional Specialist for 5 years, Assistant Principal for 4 years. Now I'll be starting my 2nd year as the PROUD principal at Fondren MS. I am married to my supportive husband of 12 years and have a young adult bonus son that I cherish.

I am extremely passionate about effectively educating underserved students because I believe that education is the platform that opens doors to endless possibilities. I have high expectations for myself, my leaders, my teachers, and most importantly my students. Everyone is accountable to someone, and I pride myself in teaching life lessons that will extend beyond the classroom. If I had to choose 3 words to describe my leadership, I'd say that I'm transparent, reflective, and supportive. I appreciate the community's support as we continue moving Onward & Upward as we     'Gallop to Greatness' this year. Let's make it another great year

  •      About Me:

I am an immigrant from Cuba who grew up in the vibrant city of Miami, Florida. Bilingual in English and Spanish, began my  journey in education in Miami, where I discovered a profound love for teaching. Seeking new opportunities, I moved to  Houston and continued my teaching career, where I found a calling in educational leadership. This passion ultimately  brought me to Fondren Middle School. The most rewarding aspect of my role is building meaningful relationships with  students and cultivating a collaborative culture among staff to ensure our students achieve success. Ms. Conde has a  Bachelors Degree in Education from Florida International University along with a Masters Degree in Supervision and  Administration from the GREAT University of Houston.
