• Online Registration Instructions

    1. Prepare the following required documents and have them ready to be uploaded to the online registration portal.
      • Proof of Residency
      • Proof of Guardianship
      • Birth Certificate
      • Parent/Guardian Identification Card
      • Immunization Records
      • Last Report Card (Transcript if available)
      • Special Education (ARD) Paperwork (if applicable)
      • Student's Social Security Card
    2. Go to https://www.houstonisd.org/enroll and begin new student registration online.
    3. Enrollment applications will be processed in the order received if all required documents are submitted, visible and accurate. 
    4. The campus nurse will review and approve your immunization records.  You will be contacted if you require additional documents/vaccinations.
