Online Registration Instructions
- Prepare the following required documents and have them ready to be uploaded to the online registration portal.
- Proof of Residency
- Proof of Guardianship
- Birth Certificate
- Parent/Guardian Identification Card
- Immunization Records
- Last Report Card (Transcript if available)
- Special Education (ARD) Paperwork (if applicable)
- Student's Social Security Card
- Go to https://www.houstonisd.org/enroll and begin new student registration online.
- Enrollment applications will be processed in the order received if all required documents are submitted, visible and accurate.
- The campus nurse will review and approve your immunization records. You will be contacted if you require additional documents/vaccinations.
