• Did you know that parents can borrow books from Coop Library?  It is important that children are exposed to print media everyday from infancy on.  Children who are read to as infants develop oral language earlier and exhibit larger vocabulary and language skills.  They often do better in school than children who have not consistently had books read to them!  
     
    So, why not give your children the "edge" and come get books to read with them?  Right now, parents may come to the library in the mornings from 8:00-9:00 or from 10:40-Noon.  We desperately need parent help if we are to open in the afternoon for both parents and students.
