    Dear Windsor Village Families and Community,

     

    Mrs. Shantelle Louis began her teaching career at Lovett Elementary as a second-grade teacher.  After seventeen years there, she became the Assistant Principal at Pin Oak Middle School.  She was later promoted to Associate Principal.  After five years at Pin Oak, in 2015, Mrs. Louis was named Principal of Windsor Village Elementary.

    Mrs. Louis received her Bachelor of Science in Education from Texas Southern University and her Masters of Education in Mid-Management from Prairie View A &M University.
