Career: Her educational career began in Pearland ISD as a Chemistry Teacher on various district committees to Houston ISD as a Teacher, Teacher Specialist, Test Coordinator, Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Coordinator, Special Education Coordinator to an administrator at Hartman Middle School. She is the administrator for 7th grade, Attendance - Students, Family and Community Engagement (FACE), Public Education Information System (PEIMS), and Dual Language. Content areas supporting are English Language Arts and Reading (ELAR), Science, Social Studies, and all electives.
Philosophy: To embrace needed, research-based and data-driven results with crucial stakeholders, leaders, teachers and staff, parents, community, and students towards a school's success through verbalization and showing what is needed, and actions to complete to move from one level to the next focus through determination, communication, outreach, and resources.
