    At Highland Heights Elementary School, we exist to ensure a quality education through rigorous teaching that results in students learning and to ensure closure of the achievement gap for our 21st century scholars.   Promoting high standards and expectations, teachers, administrators, parents and the community share the responsibility for advancing the school’s mission.
