Dear parent/guardian,

If you believe your child has Covid-19 symptoms, please contact Nurse Riley at the following email address: Natasha.Riley@houstonisd.org or 713-867-5100. This is very important for determining quarantine timeframes and for attendance purposes.

If your student has been identified as being in close contact with an individual who has a confirmed positive case of Covid-19, please take the following actions:   Your child may return to school as normal if your student's last vaccination dose/booster was received within the last 6 months and no symptoms are present.  Continue to monitor student in case symptoms develop. If symptoms develop, contact the nurse.
