Degrees and Certifications:

Ms. Tiffany Tinniehill

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself, my name is Tiffany Tinniehill and I joined the Highland Heights family as a 5th grade teacher in 2018. However, this year, I am excited to take on the role of School Counselor. I am very proud to be a part of this wonderful school educating and preparing the next generation of productive citizens. My initial goal is to be a visible counselor that you are comfortable coming to and working with, so please do not hesitate to approach me! I would love to hear from you.

As a School Counselor, my primary responsibility is to advocate for the students and assist them in their academic and personal/social development. I will also be working with students individually or in small groups. Another aspect of my role will be collaborating with teachers, administration, staff, families, and stakeholders to ensure that we are creating a positive, safe, and effective learning environment for our students.

Any student can request to meet with me, or they can be referred by a teacher, administrator, or parent. To refer a student, complete a referral form and return it to the counselor’s office. I encourage you to contact me if you have concerns regarding your child.   I look forward to offering my support and serving as a resource.
