Hello Harris Hawks! My name is Tracy Harris and I have been teaching at Kate Bell Elementary for 14 years!  Prior to my years here, I was a substitute teacher for three years.  I have had the wonderful adventure of teaching fourth and second grades.  I am currently teaching second grade.
