How Students Are Referred to the School Social Worker:

• School Personnel: Referrals can be made by sending an email with the following information: student name, ID #, primary concern, or if you wish to schedule a meeting.
• Parents: Referrals: can be made by calling or emailing me to discuss concerns with their student or to schedule a time to meet.
• Student Self-Referral: Referrals can be made by coming by my office, asking a teacher to email me to request a time to meet with me, if my office door is closed: leave ID# and date on the form.
  
  Note: my office is located in the library, in the back, right corner (Room C100.3).
