PLEASE READ:
To enroll your student(s) in Thomas Middle School, the student must be zoned to Thomas Middle School or have an approved transfer to Thomas Middle School on file. The parent or legal guardian must have ALL required documents (provided below). The parent or legal guardian (as appointed by the courts) must accompany the student at the time of enrollment. Legal documents must be provided in situations involving divorce and/or legal guardianship. If you are unable to provide the necessary documents required, you will be asked to resubmit.
