• School Choice Fairs

    • The School Choice Department will offer 4 opportunities for families to visit various magnet programs from across the district. 
    • Parents will receive real-time application support during the School Choice fairs. 
    • Phase 1 Fairs showcase all magnet and other select programs in one place for parents to learn about them, with one additional fair held in the Spring for programs with space available in Phase 2. 

     

    Fair Dates and Locations: All fairs begin 9am-12pm

    • Nov. 16, 2024 @ Milby High School, 1601 Broadway St., Houston, TX 77012   
    • Dec. 14, 2024 @ Washington High School, 4202 Yale St., Houston, TX 77018  
    • Jan. 11, 2025  @ Westside High School, 14201 Briar Forest Dr., Houston TX 77077  
    • Feb. 8, 2025 @ Lamar High School, 3325 Westheimer Rd., Houston, TX 77098

    • April 5, 2025 @ Yates High School, 3650 W. Alabama St., Houston, TX 77004
