New Dalmatians: Enroll Now for 2024-2025 School Year!
If you've accepted a spot to Durham Elementary for the 2024-2025 school year, please complete this form so we can add you to our private "New to Durham" group: https://airtable.com/shrILzi1BMOpo5gtH Over the summer, we will use this group to share important updates such as dress code, what to bring on the first day of school, and any important events leading up to the school year.
1. Check Here to determine if you live within our boundaries.
2. Gather all required documentation:
- Parent Identification (one of the following is required):
- Driver’s License
- Passport
- Military ID
- Other forms of valid identification
- Student Identification (one of the following is required):
- Birth Certificate
- Social Security Card
- Passport
- Baptismal Records
- Other forms of valid identification
- Proof of Address (one of the following is required):
- Current Rental Lease or Mortgage Statement
- Utility Bill (not including internet)
- Light, gas, water
- Proof of Grade (one of the following is required):
- Prior Academic Records
- Final Report Card(s)
- Final Transcripts, etc.
- Immunization Records (one of the following is required):
- Doctor's Records
- Official Record of Vaccinations. For the list of all required vaccinations based on age and grade, please click here (Immunization Requirements)
3. Bring all required documentation to the school registrar during business hours, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm
Note: If you completed a School Choice Application and received placement at Durham, you may submit all of this information online via the School Choice website, or you may bring this information to the school in person.
